Pour moi, c’est l’un des meilleurs restaurants de barbecue chinois à Paris. Les brochettes sont grandes, bien garnies, et il y a énormément de choix. Mes préférées : l’œuf spécial (shi dan), le tofu peau roulé à la coriandre, les tranches de pommes de terre, les brochettes de bœuf, et les cœurs de poulet, très réussis aussi. Cette fois-ci, il y avait même Da Yao à la carte — ma boisson nostalgique préférée ! Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas la version fruitée, mais celle au litchi était aussi très bonne, parfaite avec les brochettes. On a peut-être un peu abusé des féculents 😅 : le pâté poêlé aux œufs, ciboulette et crevettes était délicieux bien chaud, et les raviolis grillés étaient très bons aussi (même si la dernière fois, je les avais préférés en version bouillie).
